NOWFit emerged from a deeply personal journey, inspired by loved ones lost to lifestyle diseases. By the age of 19, I had lost both of my parents and I was forced to start my adulthood alone. I decided at that moment to dedicate my life to helping others avoid this costly outcome. NOWFit embodies a commitment to creating a healthier world through coaching and entrepreneurship.
